HOT CROSS BUNS (In set )

Ingredients:

Strong white flour, black current milk, butter , mixed spices, cinnamon, yeast, eggs, golden syrup and sugar.

These buns are soft and fluffy and fairly sweet. Tastes a little bit like cinnamon raisin bread, but in the form of dinner roll. Nice to eat with butter and jam.
